ID.3 scoops another win with WhichEV Best Value Hatchback award
We can't keep up! As soon as we announce one award for the ID.3, another one comes along!
The ID.3 has been decorated with its fifteenth win from UK industry experts, being awarded ‘Best Value Hatchback’ from WhichEV.
WhichEV editors were impressed with the practicality that the MEB platform offered, noting the ID.3 “offers more interior and boot space than a fossil fuel car of similar proportions.
“Rear seat passengers have more legroom than a Golf, and there’s 100 litres more boot capacity with the rear seats up or down.”
The value and versatility of the ID.3 range also helped earn its winning spot, with the Pure Performance variant with a 45kWh battery and 150PS motor helping the model “be next in line of people’s cars…with costs starting at £27,135 including the plug-in grant”. At the other end, the 204PS motor offers GTI-levels of performance.
The latest award continues the ID.3’s success streak, with the model having won a total of 15 awards from UK media to date, as well as also being the best-selling electric vehicle in Europe for August 2021.
