Meet Nikita Our Apprentice Technician
Nikita joined the Breeze Van Centre team in Poole as an Apprentice Technician in January 2019.
“I chose an apprenticeship, as I wanted to learn the trade in a hands-on environment.”
Initially, carrying out general workshop maintenance as well as assisting the technicians, he has developed his skills and gets involved in all day-to-day tasks within the workshop.
Nikita’s normal working day involves servicing, diagnostics and engine maintenance, meeting manufacturer specifications and standards on all jobs he completes.
“I have enjoyed all aspects of my apprenticeship and have grown to love the trade I work in. Looking to the future, I hope to one day own my own garage or main dealership.

Nikita will become a fully qualified Volkswagen technician in the summer of 2023, when he completes his 3 year apprenticeship. Well done Nikita!
